Benefits of drinking more water

Headache in regular intervals, inconsistent weight drop or gain, foggy brain during work; if these are the symptoms you can relate then you might not be drinking enough water. Yes, I did not believe until I increased water intake and saw the progress in just one week.
- Increases physical stamina : Drinking enough water helps increase stamina and endurance resulting in improved physical performance. Staying hydrated is very essential while you exercise with intensity.
- Help prevent headache : Headache is one of the common symptoms of less water intake. Staying hydrated relieve headache mostly for those who experience it frequently. This is the main difference I noticed after I started to have enough water.
- Faster muscle recovery : Hydration is crucial to muscle recovery. Drinking water eradicates the feeling of muscle soreness and assist toxins keeping your muscles function properly. Dehydration can make your muscle recovery phase worse.
- Help brain function : Dehydration can lead to poor focus and mood swings or a distracted mood. Staying hydrated helps your brain enough oxygen that helps in a better focus and blood flow reducing the chances of headache.
- Helps in weight loss : Drinking water helps remove waste from your body in the form of urine. It helps burn fat and provide oxygen inside the body that leads to increased exercise stamina. It can be a calorie intake suppressant.
- Helps in proper digestion : Water plays a major role when it comes to health. It helps breakdown the food and absorb nutrients which results in proper digestion. It also helps prevent constipation.
